Level One: Bedrooms #1 and #2 have Queen beds. Bedroom #3 1 Double/Twin Bunk.

Level Two: Living Area. Gorgeously-decorated Living Room, with a 42" High-Definition Flatscreen TV and Oceanview Bistro seating for two. Dining with seating for eight, and additional Bar seating for four. Kitchen has a Dishwasher, Microwave & Icemaker.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
