Step out of your private, furnished screened porch to the courtyard with indoor/outdoor heated pool and grille! Short walk to the beach, additional pool, tennis and bicycle/walking trail. Living room has 60" Flat Screen TV with Queen Sleeper Couch. Separate bedroom with Queen Bed.Rare first floor, one bedroom unit with 1 bath! Recently furnished and fresh paint throughout condo.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Get the most from your budget:

• June, July, and August are high season in Emerald Isle. To book the largest vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Morehead City restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• In the Morehead City area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Booking your vacation rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
