Recently Owned and Freshly Painted. This adorable studio bedroom 300 ft condo in a private community is ideal for your escape to Atlantic Beach. Inside, guests find a peaceful space featuring a new queen bed and a futon, ideal for calming after a day of adventure. Just across the street is a path with direct access to the beach. The Unit is located right by the pool/ kiddy pool for simple access and viewing. The condo offers both air conditioning and heating, ensuring comfort no matter the season. The kitchen has a toaster, coffee pot, microwave, dishes, cups, silverware, and pots and pans for cooking. With a Grocery store just 2 mins. up the road, you can quickly pick up any necessities.
In the bathroom, you can shower or take a nice bath.
Included with the rental are 4 bath towels and 4 wash clothes, a dish cloth and hand towel, along with sheets setup for queen bed. Additional sheets and pillows are in cabinet for futon if needed.
The back area of the condo has a grassy area with a view of the sound side, with glider seats and there are grilles for outside cooking. It’s a marvelous spot to relax.

Some of the close by places to appreciate are the NC Aquarium, Miniature golf or Fort Macon State Park. Visit NC Maritime Museum - The Blackbeard Museum located Beaufort 18 mins. away. You can take a ferry trip to Cape Lookout, go see the wild horses on Shackleford Island, or collect sand dollars on Sand Dollar Island, about 35 mins. away. There are also plenty of stores and Eateries close by on the island, or just 15 mins. over the bridge in Morehead City for more Shopping and eateries.

PLEASE BE COURTEOUS AND OBEY THE LIMITED RULES. We do have a property manager that is at the Condo Complex regularly.

NOTE (POOL): Kids may NOT be left unattended at the Pool.
- No GLASS/SMOKING/TOBACCO PRODUCTS in in the pool area.
- NO food or drinks in the pool.
- Pool hours are 9 am to 10 pm. POOL CLOSES FOR SEASON in SEPT 30th or OCT if it's still warm - you can inquire with me so I can confirm dates with property manager.

TRASH & DISHES
- The cleaning fee does NOT include taking out the trash or cleaning dirty dishes, drying and putting clean dishes away.
- Place any trash from the unit in the Dumpsters before leaving and make sure any dishes or pots/pans are washed, dried and put away.

PARKING PASSES
- You will need to place a parking pass in your car where it is visible so that you will not be towed. Please put the pass back into the room when you check out. Lost or passes taken home will result in $50 being kept from your deposit to pay the HOA for a replacement.

LINENS:
- Linens are supplied. 4 Bath towels, 4 wash clothes, but bring your own beach towels! Or you can pick up beach towels at the stores up the road.

Dish soap, a roll of paper towel and toilet paper will be included.


OTHER INFO:
- Minimum age to rent is 25 (except dependent kids)
- No more than 4 people in the unit - no exceptions. You will be asked to leave if you break this rule.

- NO SMOKING in unit
Smoking is only allowed at designated areas OUTSIDE on the property - Not near any common areas or any condo unit.

- Only owners are allowed to have Family Animals on the ground.

NOTE (DECK): If an Owner has reserved the deck area for an event, it will not available to anyone else.

NO RENTERS ARE ACCEPTED TO HAVE A BOAT OR TRAILER OF ANY TYPE ON THE PROPERTY. RENTERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED TO USE DOCKS.
