Beach access is just across the parking lot, up a few steps, via a boardwalk that features oceanfront bench seating. This particular building is also located right next to trendy amenities like the pool and tennis/pickleball courts. It is a short driving distance to grocery stores, eateries, and entertainment.

Parking: 2 cars. Onsite parking with parking passes is required. They are left in the property for each guest. First come, first serve.
