Level One: Living Area with a Flat Screen TV, a Blu-Ray DVD Player and access to the Covered Deck. Dining Area has table for eight. Deck Access is available from the Dining Area. The Kitchen Area includes a Microwave and a Dishwasher. There is additional seating for 3 at the Breakfast Bar. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed. There is a Full-Bath on this level.

Level Two: Bedroom #2 has two Twin Beds, a Daybed with a Trundle (Please note Linens are NOT Included for Trundle Bed), and a door leading to the Uncovered Deck. Bedroom #3 has a Double Bed. A Full-Bath connects Bedrooms #2 and #3.

Conveniences include: 4 Color Cable TVs, Blu Ray DVD Player, 2 DVD Players, a Washer/Dryer, a Dishwasher, a Microwave, Central Air/Heat, a Breakfast Bar, an Uncovered Deck, and an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower. Appreciate the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located less than 2 miles away! Between Mile Marker 17.5 and 18 on Highway 58, adjacent to Chapel By The Sea.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected everything. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to compel new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
