WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be included with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

About the Area

Located in Pine Knoll Shores, this vacation home is near the beach. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Coral Bay Shopping Center.   • June, July, and August are high season in the Morehead City area. Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • In the Morehead City area, The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Booking your rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites often offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.   • Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a fantastic time? Most rental managers make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
