This property is located in a peaceful neighborhood with a private walkway to beach access. The beach access is roughly a 5 min. walk and there is a beach cart on the first floor in the closet for beach towels, chairs, and beach toys.

Our family beach home is available for your next beach vacation! Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms on three levels to accommodate your family. Complete with Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, 4 TV’s, outdoor shower, and gas grille. Also, roomy open and covered decks with furnishings. The top level features a den with a Queen Sleeper Couch and half bath .

Reverse floor plan with open concept, living/dining on top floor (3rd level). Mid level features 3 bedrooms; one with Queen and full private bath. Appreciate the jack and jill full bath with 2 bedrooms, each with 2 twins on this level. Ground level with exterior access is Queen bed with full bath and cavernous sitting area. Beach access is located at the end of the street. Bikes are a great way to get around the Island on the paved, Town wide Bicycle/Walking Path. Public Boat launch and dock area is just a short walk away for boating or taking in striking sunsets on the Sound! New decks on each level, 2017. It is time you put your feet in the sand, relax and savor some “Simple Pleasures”!

  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Emerald Isle. To get the best value, try shifting your family's Morehead City trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer warm weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.

  • Make a record of any issues with the property during check in, and immediately contact the property manager. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be helpful if damages are assessed.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You'll increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are often a fantastic resource to find the best local attractions.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can often help. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Re-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
