Location, location, location! This roomy ocean front property has unbelievable, calming, and beautiful direct vistas of the white sand beach and pristine aqua color water of the Atlantic Ocean for you to appreciate right from your deck and balcony and offers a private beach access, fun for the whole family and simple access to shopping, eateries and more!
Main level features a hall, ½ bath, open concept bright, two-story living room with wall of windows, kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and two private rooms with closets and a Jack and Jill bathroom. Upstairs: two private bedrooms with full baths and queen beds (one of these bedrooms has a private balcony to savor the direct vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, sunrises/sunsets, and, of course, dolphins when they are cruising the shoreline). The duplex has undergone broad renovations in 2022 such as a TREX deck, impact sliding doors, entry door, Hardie planks siding, electrical panels inside, HVACs/A/Cs with UV-light (kills microorganisms like bacteria, viruses, and protozoa), outside shower rooms, roof, cement fascia, soffits, gutters, etc.; in 2023 new ocean front windows, floor in laundry room and new water heater. Bring your vacation dreams to life!

- Please wear your shoes while walking on the deck as trex decking boards can get hot due to sun exposure in the summer.
- Please wear shoes and be careful when walking under the home as there could be some nails or other modest sharp objects buried in the sand from the extensive outside renovations, we had in 2022-2023.
- There is a modest closet area by the entry door that will be locked up (designated for the cleaning crew only).
- Details about how you get the key will be texted on the day of check-in.
- Please clean grille after each time you have used it.
- Please take out garbage frequently to eliminate any intruders. We do have a contract w/ a local pet control company and property is regularly sprayed.
The “Minimum Age” to rent the Property is 21 years of age. You agree to provide us with proof of age upon request. A parent or legal guardian must accompany all guests who are under the Minimum Age for the entire duration of the rental.
min. Occupancy. The number of people present at the Property shall not exceed the max. posted occupancy AND equals to the number requested on your reservation.
NO Smoking. Smoking is prohibited at the Property, inside and/or outside (including but not limited to porches, decks and/or outdoor areas) at any given time.
No Permanent Residence. Use of this Property is on a temporary and transient basis only; your permanent residence is and shall remain elsewhere other than at the Property.
NO Animals. No animals or family pets of any kind are allowed at the Property. You have acknowledged and agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that the Property is complimentary of animal/pet allergens.
Any fines issued by police, other government officials or agencies, and/or utility providers, for violation of any law, ordinance, or rule during your stay, and any damages that result from the violation. If any unauthorized download of copyrighted material via the Property’s Internet service occurs during the period of your stay, you agree that we may share your contact information with the internet service provider or any other event we believe, for any reason, has enforcement rights.
NO sandy items shall be placed in washer/dryer or inside of sinks/bathtubs/shower/etc.! You can rinse sandy items in the outside shower cabin. Fine shall equal an amount of cost of replacement/repair/service charge/etc.
Supplied cleaned towels/linens/linens shall NOT to be used on the beach and/or to clean any soiled/dirty items of any kind. There will be a replacement charge to replace any missing or soiled towels/sheets/blankets/etc. (a full retail price of a same or better value plus costs such as taxes, shipping, etc.).
Events and commercial photography or filming are PROHIBITED at the Property without our express written permission.
Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property. This prohibition extends to use of the Property’s internet service, if any, for criminal activity, including but not limited to unlawful downloads of copyrighted material, including movies, music, software, and/or other material.
If the Renter caused any damages, misuses, etc. that devalues any item at the Property due to negligent and/or abuse by the Renter or his/her event, he/she shall be liable for the actual replacement fee plus any other related fee such as shipping, taxes, etc.
KEYS shall remain in the possession of the primary guest at all times during the entire stay. The keys shall never be replicated or left out of the care of the primary guest. Fee for lost key is $65.00.
Garbage and recycling. RECYCLING is to be disposed of in the bin with blue cover, organic and compost is to be disposed of in the bin with tan/brownish cover. All trash must be disposed of in these designated bins and should never be left around the property.
- Garbage is picked up on Mondays and Fridays between 6-7:30am (please roll out bins a nighttime before for your own convenience);
- Recycle is picked up on Wednesdays between 6-7:30am (please roll out a recycle bin on Tuesday nighttime for your own convenience).
Unit must be kept in clean condition during the entire stay and before leaving. Please clean dishes and scrub pots/pans after you used those. If the unit is found in dirty condition, an additional fee of $250 for deep cleaning will apply.
Any plumbing/electrical/etc. issues must be reported to the property manager as soon as possible.
We are NOT responsible for any item(s) left behind at the property. Please make sure you take all your personal belongings with you when you leave. All such items will be trashed by the cleaning team; we have no way of storing and securing any items.
About the Area
Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is near a water park and on the waterfront. Flatwaters Paddling and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Emerald Plantation. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including wildlife walks.
