Affordable 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath Home only one home away from the ocean! Open decks with an enclosed screen porch with vistas! Walking distance to fishing pier, located in the heart of Emerald Isle near many eateries, stores and family attractions!

Ground Level: Covered Parking in available with a Washer and Dryer with an exterior entrance only. Outside shower to rinse off the beach and a partially enclosed patio.

Level One: Living Area with HDTV and HD cable. Dining Area with additional seating at the bar. Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Beds. Additional Conveniences Include: DVR Cable Service, Hi- Speed Wireless Internet, Charcoal Grille.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Rents nightly with a 3-nighttime minimum stay, off-season only.
