This property has only been on the rental market for 1 year and is very clean and well maintained. “Emerald Dawn” features ocean vistas from nearly every bedroom, a walkway onto a peaceful beach, 3 furnished decks, a gas grille, completely equipped kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, 3 workspaces, Cable and Intelligent TVs in every room.

You will only be mins. away from some of the best that the Island has to offer! Walk (or hop in a rented golf cart) and discover the local pier, waterpark, mini golf, movie theatre, paved cycling trail, beach stores, grocery stores, eateries and bars from this very centrally located property.
