The Space:

The townhouse offers a comfortable layout with multiple spaces for relaxation and rest. The sleeping arrangements include the living room with a couch sleeper, a guest bedroom, and a loft bedroom. While the guest bedroom and loft bedroom are connected, there is privacy for up to four guests. The townhouse can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire townhouse, which includes a private entrance and carport. Inside, you'll find a completely equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms. Savor the convenience of in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer. Step outside onto the patio or balcony to savor the vistas. As part of the Fairfield Harbour community, you'll also have access to the Broad Creek Recreation Center, which features indoor and outdoor pools, miniature golf, a gym, sauna, and hot tub. For those who appreciate outdoor activities, bicycle and kayak units, pickleball, tennis, volleyball, and basketball are available. There's also a path behind the townhouse that goes around the lake, ideal for a relaxing walk.



The Neighborhood:

The community is a resort with two pools, tennis courts, cycling,

kayaking, boating, golf and fishing on-site.



Getting Around:

Getting around is simple! Our townhouse is conveniently located near the recreation center, just a 5-min. walk away. Downtown New Bern, with its stores, eateries, and historical sites, is a fast 15-min. drive. You'll find two parking spaces right in front of the townhome. Plus, the area is very walkable, and you can rent bicycles at the recreation center for a fun way to discover.
