Movie room, game room with ping pong and wet bar and drink refrigerator, additional refrigerator, two laundry areas and front and back decks surrounded by live oak trees. Great backyard with outdoor shower, fire chimney and enormous sectional with umbrella to appreciate after a great day at the beach! Close to eateries, grocery stores and the handsome sunsets at the point!

Oversized gas grille on back deck make grilling easy access from well supplied gourmet kitchen.
