OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Your SAFETY and security is a priority at Ocean Club.  Dedicated resort security is supplied.

Portable crib is included.  

Pool view and OCEAN WATER VIEW.  Not able to see sand on beach from the condo, but you can see and hear the flowing ocean waves from the condo deck.

FITNESS ROOM: basic weights,  2 tread mills, 1 stationary bicycle.  

STAIRS: There are ~30 steep stairs with handrails to access the beach

No security deposit is required.

HOME - things to know

No EVENTS, events or huge gatherings in excess of the max guests paid for in the reservation;

MAX occupancy - Max 8 ppl. Bed linens and towels supplied for 6 people. 

NO FAMILY PETS.  Sorry. It’s the HOA rules.
