Upgraded and renovated resort!! Sea front, 3 bedroom at premier destination resort Sea Club. Heated sea front pool. First floor unit, private outdoor space with sea & pool vistas. Closest to pool, hot tub, walkway to beach. Building C. Upgraded, cute, central, convenient, appealing. Furnished with all of your needs. Recently redone resort in Indian Beach, Emerald Isle, NC.   First position sea view and pool view. Full beach closet with beach supplies.

COVID-19 UPDATE - March 30, 2020

* For everybody's safety, brief term rental is not allowed.   Rental stays for April and May will need to be 31 days ore more.   Prices have been reduced for these months.
* Cleaning and disinfectant is occurring in all common areas.  Additional cleaning and disinfectant is taking place with our professional cleaners for the unit.
* Common niceties are closed, including the clubhouse and exercise center.  Other amenities can be closed by the county without notice.   The reservation does not guarantee any amenities access.
* The Pools are temporarily closed.
* Sea Club has private beach access, which is not governed by the town.  The access points to the beach is owned by the owners at Sea Club, and our beach access is open to use.  So yes, you can access the beach.

3 BR, 2 Baths. King, Queen, Bunk beds plus optional air bed for floor. Third bedroom is sleep den with bunk bed and no closet. Private MBR suite with huge bath including garden tub, separate shower and double vanity.  Ideal for 6; Can fit up to 8 people.

* Pack n play included. Beach chairs, umbrella, body boards, supplied kitchen supplies, beach cart, games, linens. Come with own beach towels. 
* The third bedroom is a converted den with no closet. It has bunk beds and a optional kid bed for the floor. Ideally the unit sleeps 6, but can squeeze in 8 if needed (using kid bed, portable crib) 
* Pool view and SEA WATER VIEW.  Not able to see sand on beach from the condo. 
* SMART TV with cable in living room.  Modest TVs with cable in master and guest bedroom.  
* FITNESS ROOM: basic weights,  2 tread mills, 1 stationary bicycle.  
* STAIRS: There are 25+ steep stairs with handrails to access the beach

* DAMAGE PROTECTION is supplied automatically with this reservation. No security deposit is mandatory. Accidental damage up to $1500 is covered with this reservation. 

HOME RULES - things to know

* We have rules because we attract visitors that treat this unit like their own, accepting the place to be peaceful for our next guest.

* This is a SELF-CATERING stay supplied by a family owner.
* We work hard to have a tidy unit. Any HOUSEKEEPING issues are to be reported instantly to the housekeeping / cleaning contact when you check into the unit. 
* No EVENTS, events or generous gatherings in excess of the max visitors paid for in the reservation.
* No GRILLE on condo outdoor space.  Use resort charcoal grilling areas on resort.
* No TOWELS or clothing hanging over banister on outdoor outdoor space. 
* No GLASS in pool area.
* Must be at least 25 YEARS old to rent
* PHOTO ID mandatory at the security check-in
* NO FAMILY PETS.  Sorry. It’s the HOA rules.  


* $75 fee per incident for breaking or not following these rules;
* Guest agrees to follow the Sea Club RESORT and PARKING RULES enforced by on-site security;

* CHECK-IN is anytime after 4PM; Checkout is 10 AM. One (1) hour early check-in at no charge is possible, but not guaranteed, if the home is cleaned and ready. 
* TRASH to be bagged and removed from the unit. 
* Follow CHECK-OUT steps. Treat the condo with respect.

* MAX occupancy - Max 8 ppl. There are beds for 6; plus a bed under the bunk beds for you to set up and put back after use;
* MISSING: Towels, kitchen ware, and other items are counted after each visit;
* POOL PASS to be placed at entry doorway table;

* Guest responsible for optional and additional GUEST SERVICES that they request during their stay.
