Located in Atlantic Beach, this modest and sweet condo is a vacation get-a-way you will want to return to year after year. With a comfortable open concept Living room, bedroom and kitchen area that is just right for a couple or a couple with kids. Featuring a queen bed and a gorgeous living room with a queen couch bed, guests will find this property to be a relaxing getaway. This unit has been completely refreshed and has nice new furnishings to make sure you are cozy during your stay. The Inner Coastal Waterway is located behind the facility where you can access the grilles, picnic tables and gazebo for late afternoon calming or cooking your catch of the day. There is a dock area you can use for fishing as well. The gorgeous sandy beach is just across the street and is less than a five min. walk from this unit. And to add to all of this, Bogue Shores has one of the biggest and cleanest pools on the island. In addition, there is a cute infant pool as well. Make sure to visit the local waterparks, the NC Aquarium, Fort Macon State Park, The local surf stores and gift stores. There is a grocery store about five mins. away and many incredible seafood and steak eateries that the locals rave on. If you want to discover more you can book a boat tour and go to some of the islands for a few hours or appreciate a dinner cruise. There is so much to do you will have to come year after year to try it all! Please note that this unit is 300 square foot and there is no divider between the bed, living room and kitchen areas. It is modest in size but big on amenities and appeal. We adore our little beach condo and we know you will too!
