Southwinds E-5 is conveniently located on the first floor and has ocean and sound vistas. Great for families or a charming hideaway for two, with painless access to the pool and ocean. With a pool behind this building that you can see from the deck, this is a great unit for family with kids! Totally remodeled. Immaculate condition. 2 bedrooms, 2 full big bathrooms. 1 queen, 1 queen, 2 twin bunk beds. Full kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, glass top stove, refrigerator, new front-loading washer/dryer. Free high-speed WiFi. 40" HD TV, Blu-Ray player and Roku in Living Room. HD TV and Roku in main bedroom. Southwinds is a family friendly ocean front condominium complex with two swimming pools, grilles, and additional laundry facilities on site. It is a short drive down the road or a short walk down the beach to get to Fort Macon State Park. No smoking and no family pets! Southwinds does not allow trailers or boats to be parked here. Includes bedroom linens, bath towels, and cleaning. Family friendly and great for kids in the summer. In the Spring/Fall, great for romantic getaways and slow calming.

Sticking to a spending budget:

  • The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked very early. Booking your rental property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.

  • Double-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a wonderful time? Many rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
