Unwind in the cavernous living room furnished for comfort and entertainment. Appreciate gourmet meals in the adjacent dining area with expansive beach vistas. Three comfortable bedrooms, including a primary suite with a private balcony and en suite bath, offer ideal spaces for relaxation.

Outside, savor savor salty breezes and expansive beach vistas from your private balcony, or relax at the community pool and grille area. With direct ocean access, indulge in beach activities like sandcastle-building and water sports such as surfing and kayaking.

Whether appreciating leisurely walks along the shore or hosting BBQ gatherings, Beachwalk 205 promises memorable beachfront living against a backdrop of gorgeous sunsets.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be included with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

  • In the Morehead City area, The earlier you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Reserving your rental property up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Pine Knoll Shores. To find the best value, shift your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • Some property management companies offer discounts for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on great reviews to inspire future reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will will be grateful for your feedback find their best vacation home. Be fair with your review.
