This 2nd floor BEACHFRONT studio condo with DIRECT BEACH ACCESS is located in Atlantic Beach's newest Beachfront building. The unit location within the complex is indicated in the aerial photo. The unit offers a "Peekaboo" Ocean View from the front window with a shared balcony as shown in the photos. Feel relaxing walks, shelling, sunbathing, surf fishing, and sunset walks on on 600 ft of Pristine SECLUDED BEACH. The Coastal Bicycle Path is also available for running, bicycle rides, and walking. Our guests' safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. There is no "shared air" as there is no enclosed lobby and the unit has an individual wall mounted a/c unit. This is a SMOKE-COMPLIMENTARY Oceanside Complex. The aerial photo shows how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building.

The interior features a queen bed, queen futon, a kitchenette w/ appliances, flat screen TV, and WiFi. Ideal for couples, singles, and families with modest kids. An Outdoor Pool, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests.

This is a beachfront complex but your unit is located on the outward side of the building facing neighboring complex and does NOT have a Direct Ocean View. Have the convenience of driving right up and parking right in front of your unit! You can appreciate Ocean vistas from the wraparound public balcony on the 2nd floor, and from the two Gazebos overlooking the Ocean (as shown in the photos).

There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests.

Secure Free WiFi is supplied for your convenience. Many local eateries/stores are within walking distance. Dollar General is across the street and Food Lion is a mile away. Additional eateries, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away.

- This is a SMOKE COMPLIMENTARY COMMUNITY. (There are 2 designated smoking areas on either side of the property).
- Animals and Animals are not allowed per Homeowners Rules.
- Max 4 guests including infants. (Max 3 adults recommended).
- 2 cars max.
- No boats or trailers allowed to park on the premises.
- Pool open seasonally subject to management's discretion (usually May to early October)
- Facilities only for registered guests to include beach access, pool, and parking area.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this apartment is near theme parks and on the beach. Country Club of the Crystal Coast and Anchorage Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center.
