We offer this home as a whole or just the upstairs unit. No other guests will be in the downstairs unit while the upstairs is booked.

Bogue Sound is a tidal body of water. At low tide there is less than 3 feet of water at the end of the dock. Guests must bring their own dock lines and bumpers. Due to the tidal nature of the sound, we cannot guarantee there is enough water to accommodate your boat.

Guests will have access to the second-floor unit, dock, and first floor laundry room.

A valid photo ID and signed vacation rental agreement is required. We will not send check in instructions until complete.
