Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goals, picnic area and courtyard grilles. Wooden walkways for painless beach access. Point Emerald B-204 is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Almost Oceanfront Condo located on the 2nd Floor. (Only 1 building from the ocean). Linens includes 2 queens and 2 twins.
