Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

E-102 Pebble Beach is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath First Floor Oceanview Condo. Located near tennis courts. The Living Area has access to a covered balcony with ocean vistas and a flat-screen TV with ROKU and Spectrum App.Entirely equipped Kitchen/Bar with a microwave, coffee maker & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, a Full bath and a covered balcony as well as a flat-screen wifi enabled TV where guests will be able to sign onto their personal Netflix, Hulu, or other streaming accounts. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath.

Additional Conveniences: There is a flat-screen TV in the living room with ROKU and Spectrum App. There is another flat-screen TV in the bedroom - this is a Intelligent TV that accepts guests to log into their personal Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming services.

The kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher.

The unit includes interior laundry, deck furnishings, and ceiling fans.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are included with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

Rents weekly from Friday to Friday. Rents nightly with a 3-nighttime minimum stay, off-season only.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

This condo is located in Emerald Isle. Croatan National Forest and Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Forest Golf. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting.
