Village West #20 is a handsome oceanside 2-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome with enchanting ocean vistas from the master bedroom (Located on Floor 3). The up-and-coming Village West Community features a community pool, bathhouse, grilling area, and open green space as well as close by retail stores and dining! This property also has a private elevator and Interior Washer/Dryer!

Floor #1: Recreation Room with Queen Sleeper Couch (Linens are NOT Supplied for Sleeper Couch) and attached Full Bathroom with shower.

Floor #2: Living Area, Full Kitchen, and a Half Bath/Powder Room

Floor#3: Bedroom #1 - Master King, Attached Bathroom with Shower and Double Vanity, Ocean Vistas. Bedroom #2 - Queen Bed, Attached Bathroom with Shower/Tub. Additional Flex Room - with 2 Twin Bunk Bed Sets.

Additional Conveniences: 5 Intelligent TVs, Covered Deck with Deck Furnishings, Ceiling fans, Interior Washer/Dryer, Totally Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Fridge with Attached Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Toaster Oven!

Community Conveniences: Community has Pool (Pool is typically open from late May to late October, weather permitting), Grills Access (Bluewater Cannot Guarantee Complex/Community Conveniences will be in Service During the Time of your Stay).

UP TO 2 DOGS ACCEPTED with the All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - no fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2 nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season, last min. In Season.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Emerald Isle is home to this vacation home. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Croatan National Forest and Hammocks Beach State Park.   • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Morehead City area. Booking in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses.
