To finalize your reservation, 34 North Vacations requires a signed vacation rental agreement and valid photo ID within 48 hours of booking.

We stringently adhere to our stated cancellation policies. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and will be offered after booking to help protect your trip.

This is a non-smoking, no-family pets property. A returnable security deposit is required.

The yard has direct sound access. Guests are responsible for supervising kids at all times when outdoors or near the water.
