10 bedrooms, including 8 King beds, 2 Queen beds, & 2 sets of Twin size bunk beds.

Sea Creature's kitchen features 4 ovens, 2 full size refrigerator/freezers, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, 2 ice-makers, 2 Keurig K-Duo coffee pots, 2 wine/cold drink fridges, 2 toaster ovens, & 2 slow cookers to keep your crowd satisfied! Special items include an ice cream maker, a Vitamix blender, & a waffle maker. The kitchen is well supplied for cooking & any celebrations planned. If you choose to grille, there are 2 gas grilles to accommodate everybody's favorites. Eat inside or outside, as Sea Creature has more than enough seating for all. Kitchen seats more than 30 with many tables & areas to be seated.

After a ideal day at the beach, or a lazy rainy day, take advantage of the Home Theater System & catch up on a movie you've yet to see. The media room seats 15! Or switch it up & have a dance event, inside or out on the deck-using the home wide Audio-Visual System! It's 5 o'clock somewhere in the home! Head straight for the Wet Bar to liven up the Dance Party! Or head to the Game Room & hit the XBox Series S or PlayStation 4, foosball, or one of the cool video games! Game Room features a kitchenette with refrigerator, ice maker, stove, dishwasher, Keurig K-Duo, & a microwave. There is also a full bath with a tub/shower combo in this area. Maybe the Library is more your speed, so grab a book & head to a peaceful corner, or in cooler weather get toasty in front of the electric fireplace. Or play a game of corn hole outside! Never miss a workout while staying here either! Visit the in home gym & keep that beach body in shape.

Sunny days at Sea Creature are for the pool, sun bathing in lounge chairs, or heading to the beach. There's a commercial ice-maker in the garage to fill those beach coolers! Your own private walkway leads you to the ocean &hours of fun in the sun! Savor some shade under the covered decks, or steal a private moment with a adored one under the gazebo. Appreciate the hot tub in the evening or in cooler months. Pool can be heated for an additional 650.00 per booking. Please add at time of booking or ask property manager to add it for you. Rent a golf cart from Johns Golf Carts to zip around & say hi to your neighbors!

Sunday-Sunday, 7 day units only. Off season, please inquire about less than a week stay. Owners just need to approve.
Check in after 4 pm, check out before 10 am. Cleaners are very prompt!
Linens & bath towels are supplied. Beds will be made up for every rental, no matter how long you stay. Bring your own beach towels, beach equipment, & chairs. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, & infant items may be rented locally. Ask property manager for info after booking to reserve them now.
Sea Creature is pet friendly. Dogs only, no more than 2 per stay. Pet fee is per pet. Please add the 35.00 per nighttime pet fee at time of booking, or let the Property Manager know after booking so she can add it. Property Manager will need to add second pet fee, so please let her know after booking.
All guests pay a 55.00 damage protection fee at time of booking. This covers you up to 1500.00, only if guests report the damages BEFORE CHECK OUT to property manager.
Elevator inside home runs to all 4 levels.
Electric car owners, we have 2 Tesla charging stations.
Parking: 4 cars can park inside under home, 6 cars comfortably in driveway.
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this unit.
No smoking allowed.
For security purposes, owners have installed some OUTSIDE cameras. There are NO cameras inside the home.
Modest events or retreats are welcomed!
