DESCRIPTION:
Worthy of its name! This 4th-row bespoke-constructed coastal getaway is elegantly furnished and is ideal for huge family gatherings. The ground level offers a Recreation Room with a wet bar, huge flat-screen TV with surround sound, Bose sound system, and foosball table. Just across the hall, you discover the sizable bunk room with a full bath. You will also savor the full-sized laundry room with a second refrigerator/freezer that is conveniently accessible as you leave for a beach day or are just calming around the enormous, very private pool area.
The second level provides you with three cavernous, well-appointed bedrooms (1Q, 2Q, 1K) each with a full bath and flat-screen TV including one that is a King Master Suite with a chaise lounge and sizable walk-in closet. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all bed linens are laundered between guests, even the comforters.
The third level welcomes you home with a completely equipped gourmet kitchen complete with granite countertops, coffee/espresso/cappuccino maker, a large open living room with a SMART (includes NETFLIX access) widescreen TV, DVD, Bose sound system, wet bar and, dining area. Unwind in the Master Bedroom (1K) suite and bathe in a beautiful ball and claw soaking tub.
Escape to the fourth-floor loft (sleeper couch)/media room. By day, a great place to relax, read a book, or just relax with the countless view and watch the sunset. By nighttime, the ideal place to take in a movie with the family.
Appreciate the privacy of the very secluded pool with tons of poolside furnishings. Dining on the deck, relaxing on the porch, or showering in one of the two outside Hot/Cold showers are all possible with the convenience of beach access via golf cart.
The beach access and community pool are located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. This would be roughly a 5 min. walk from Pineapple Palace or an even faster golf cart ride! There is parking for the cart at the beach access.
