DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to These are Days! This fabulous beach home is constructed for family fun!

Upon entering These are Days you will find a tiled entryway that goes into a rec room furnished with 2 sets of twin over double bunk beds and 2 twin beds that offer sleeping for 8. This room is also equipped with, a kitchenette, full bath, SmartTV, bean bags, and a modest table so they can sit back and appreciate this second living space. In addition, there is also an entrance into the pool area and the laundry room that homes the 2nd refrigerator. All in all the kids never have to leave this fun space!

As you head up to the second floor you will find the main living area. This is where you will find the cavernous layout from the living room to the kitchen. The well-supplied kitchen, dining room table, and cheery decor in the living area are sure to make for a fun get together for the entire family! There is also a full bathroom on this floor for your convenience.

The 3rd floor is where you will find the majority of the bedrooms with access to the shady decks! There is a King Master Suite with a bath, a Queen guest room that shares a bath with an additional guest room offering a King bed. All of these rooms are boldly decorated with impressive furnishings and deep colors that are sure to make you feel comfortable comfortable! As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all of the bed linens are laundered between guests, even the comforters.

As you walk up to the 4th-floor loft area you will find a great space for the older kids to savor! This space is equipped with a Queen bed, Twin bed, a TV, and ample seating. A peaceful getaway with privacy!

The beach access and community pool are located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. This would be roughly a 8-10 min. walk from These are Days or an even faster golf cart ride! There is parking for the cart at the beach access.
