This Condo is located in the front of the K building with an open hallway overlooking office and sports amenities. Free equipment for these may be checked out in the office which also includes a lending library of books, puzzles and brochures. There are also superb walking trails close by and effortlessly assessible. This oceanfront complex is full of fun with the only outdoor pool with a waterslide in Atlantic Beach. Other amenities include indoor pool, tennis & basketball courts, miniature golf and shuffleboard. Fun for the whole family!

  • Summer is high season in Atlantic Beach. To get the best value, try shifting your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer warm temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic.

  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
