Don't forget about the hot tub, the shuffleboard, the tennis and basketball courts, the game room, and the gas grilles. There's even an indoor pool should the rain ever decide to move in. Ready to hit the beach? You can follow the walkway to the gorgeous, white sand of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells.


This second-floor, courtyard condo overlooks the outdoor swimming pool. You'll have two bedrooms, three TVs, a DVD player for your evening entertainment, complimentary WiFi throughout the condo, and a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels nightly.

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities.   • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses.   • At departure, complete a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a fantastic stay? Most rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
