This townhome is elegantly designed with an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room on the first floor. The family can gather around the enormous island to prepare, play games, or simply relax. A half bath is also located on the first floor.

The second floor features a cavernous master bedroom with an ensuite bath, a huge closet, and a 50" intelligent TV. It also includes a desk and chair. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a 40" intelligent TV, while the third bedroom is equipped with two sets of twin and a 40" intelligent TV.

The outdoor area provides a pleasant sitting space with spectacular vistas of the nature pond across the street, home to egrets, geese, and various waterfowl. A charcoal grille is available for family cookouts.
