Located in Emerald Isle, off Coast Guard Road the keyless entry accepts you to avoid summer traffic check-in/out. A neighborhood playground just up the street. This property is pet-friendly! Savor the ocean breezes from the screened porch. Separately, relax on the covered porch watching birds and summer rains. In addition the master bedroom private balcony is great for star gazing. The sectional couch is 40 in. deep which makes it a ideal napping couch for two. Ceiling fans and blackout curtains are in every room. The Ekornes chair and the Tempur-pedic bed topper are supplied for those with temperamental backs. The Mini-Split Air Conditioner upstairs keeps the private master bedroom cool. (2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
