Maggie's Place has 3 porches along with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths! The entire home is refreshed with a freshly remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Great location, 5 homes from the beach, simple access to the bicycle path, across the street is Emerald Isle Woods where hiking trails abound. Located in Emerald Isle, off Coast Guard Road the keyless entry accepts you to avoid summer traffic check-in/out. A neighborhood playground is also just up the street. This property is pet-friendly! Savor the ocean breezes from the screened porch after dinner. Appreciate the covered porch for watching birds and summer rain. Enjoy the private porch for star gazing. The sectional couch is 40 in. deep which makes it a ideal napping couch for two. Ceiling fans and blackout curtains are in every room. The two Ekornes chairs and the Tempur-pedic bed topper are supplied for those with temperamental backs. The Mini-Split Air Conditioner upstairs keeps the private master bedroom cool. High speed internet along with a Roku TV in every bedroom and the living room. The TV streaming services include Prime, Apple TV+.
