Unwind with the whole family in this comfortable, refreshed home in a modest, peaceful neighborhood. Prepare home-cooked meals in the completely equipped kitchen, and let the dog out to play in the private, fenced-in backyard. Savor your morning coffee however you like it. We provide Keurig and drip coffee makers. With a TV in every room, there will be no fighting over what to watch! This home is 2.8 miles to a Neighborhood Walmart, 4.4 miles to the hospital and 5.6 miles from downtown.

LIVING ROOM
Appreciate watching a 4k 65 inch flat screen TV from comfortable leather couches in the living room. There is a modest desk/ work station with fast Wi-Fi, great for setting up your laptop in the living area as well. Waterproof, durable LVP floor makes hosting family pets a breeze!

MASTER BEDROOM
The cozy master suite features king size bed with constructed-in storage and private bathroom. Stream your favorite shows on a wall-mounted 43" Fire TV. All beds and pillows are entirely encased. All bedroom closets have additional blankets.

MASTER BATHROOM
Enjoy a private master bathroom all to yourself. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, and wash clothes are supplied.

MASTER CLOSET
The master closet has additional blankets, plenty of hangers, and a pack n' play for families with toddlers.

KITCHEN
The kitchen table seats 6 adults comfortably. It extends with a leaf found in the laundry area. The kitchen itself is fully supplied with all the silverware and appliances needed to prepare home-cooked meals. We provide Keurig and drip coffee makers, coffee, creamer, and sweeteners. A full laundry closet is located in the kitchen as well.

2 ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS
The other two cozy bedrooms share a full bath. One bedroom features a queen size bed, dresser, closet, and a wall-mounted Fire TV. The other bedroom has two twin beds, a modest dresser in the closet, and a wall-mounted Fire TV.

BACKYARD
The enormous, fenced-in backyard is ideal for kids and pets. Privacy fence makes it feel like your own private getaway. Enjoy a cup of morning coffee on the modest back porch with table and two chairs.

PARKING
The broad driveway effortlessly holds five cars and one can park on street in front of home. Travelers with work trailers, boat trailers, or RVs will have plenty of room for bigger cars as needed.

Free on-site washer and dryer. We provide a couple of laundry pods and dryer sheets. Iron and ironing board are located in the laundry closet.
