House Rules are as follows:

1. Check-in is at prearranged time unless pre-approved with host.

2. No Smoking inside the home. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

3. No Family Animals allowed unless pre-approved. Unauthorized family pets will result in additional cleaning costs.

4. Keep plastic shower curtain liners inside tub to prevent water damage on the floor. Do not put sand, shells, etc. down the drains.

5. Please respect our neighbors and observe peaceful hours from 10pm to 7am.

6. Keep doors and windows closed when A/C or heat is running. Close curtains in the bedrooms to keep heat out when possible. Keep lights off when not in use.

7. Please keep the property clean and tidy. Dispose of trash in the supplied bins and clean up spills immediately.

8. Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

9. Any damage to the property or contents must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

10. Comply with all local laws, rules, and regulations during your stay.

11. In case of an emergency, contact 911. Notify host immediately.
