Years ago, when I was looking for a home on the island I came across this property. When I walked up the front steps for the first time, I entered into a peaceful little wonderland. Set up high on a sand dune surrounded by trees, this property is the ideal calming hideaway. Set smack dab in the middle of town, it is walking/cycling distance to nearly everything in Emerald Isle. It is 1 block from the sound and about 7 blocks to the ocean.

Emerald Isle is home to this vacation home. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market. Emerald Forest Golf and Salty Pirate Water Park are also worth visiting.

When to visit Emerald Isle & When to book:

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.

  • Go through the property one final time and look for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
