Emerald Dream, is a New 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home that is the ideal place to spend your vacation to Emerald Isle! NEW Private Pool and Hot Tub for 2025!

This home is a 2 min. flat walk to a public beach access at the end of Eagles Nest Drive (not shown on google maps). Appreciate your favorite drink under the covered patio around a gas firepit or up in the trees on one of the 3 porches. This is a outstanding pet-friendly abode that comes complete with an enclosed yard for your furry friends to run around! Take a dip in the private swimming pool that can be heated for an additional $650/week + tax; if the temperature is below 55 degrees the pool heat pump will not work. Unwind in the private hot tub.This property is located 0.5 mile from the pier, which you can walk to from the beach. It is also close to local eateries and stores. There is a basketball hoop located at the property and this home is located on a dead-end street with less traffic, which provides a ideal space for kids to ride bicycles!

It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Hosts sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
