Complex has Elevators, Grilling Facility, Community Pool (open May thru September 9am - 11pm), Community Boardwalk Beach Access. Note - Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay.

Parking limit 2 cars - parking pass per car required. Boats and trailers are not allowed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

PLEASE NOTE: CHECK-IN LOCATION FOR THIS PROPERTY IS AT OUR ATLANTIC BEACH OFFICE. Even though this is a keyless rental, you must stop by our AB office to pick up your Check-In Packet with your parking passes.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 nighttime minimum Sept 15th - May 15th only; in advance Oct 1st - May 15th, last min. Sept 15th -30th.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
