This Duplex is located within walking distance to the fishing pier, eateries, stores and arcades. Open and Covered Decks include Outdoor Furnishings!

Ground Level: Covered Parking. Foyer. Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower.

Level One: Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, a Covered Deck, and a Full-Bath with a Whirlpool Tub. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has a Double Bunk with Twin. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full-Bath.

Level Two: Enormous open living area has Cathedral Ceilings. Dining Area. Bar seating in the Kitchen, which also has a Microwave, an Ice Maker and a Dishwasher. A Water Cooler and Bottled Water can be found in the Kitchen. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed. There is one Full-Bath on this level.

Conveniences include: 5 Color Cable TVs, 1 Color TV (no cable), 1 DVD Player, a Stereo, High Speed Wireless Internet, Covered Parking, Open and Covered Decks, Outdoor Furnishings, a Whirlpool Tub, a Park-Style Charcoal Grille, Cathedral Ceilings, 2 Microwaves, a Washer/Dryer, an Ice Maker, a Dishwasher, a Water Cooler, Bottled Water, and an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower.
