Top Floor (Main Living Area):
Great Room: The bright and airy great room includes a enormous sectional couch, ideal for calming after a day in the sun.

Kitchen: The chef’s kitchen is completely equipped with stainless steel appliances, including:

• two dishwashers
• standalone ice maker
A convenient kitchen island serves the dual purpose of a prep area and breakfast bar (seating for four).

Dining Area: The dining area seats six, with a close by half bath for added convenience.

Outdoors: Step outside to a covered porch with outdoor dining, plus an additional furnished sun deck.


Lower Level (Bedroom Level):
Unwind and relax in one of the three bedrooms, each featuring a private bath, so everybody has space to rejuvenate.
