Welcome to Summer Breeze, Emerald Isle! Summer Breeze is a private triplex home, featuring THREE separate living spaces, each with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a living room, dining area and full kitchen! This listing is for SUMMER BREEZE WEST, an upper-level unit with 3 BR and 2 BA, sleeping 7 total. See the bottom of this listing for all rental configurations available.

New to the rental market in 2022, Summer Breeze is located directly across from a beach walkway - you'll be on the soft sand in moments! Come home for lunch and snacks - don't worry about sand in the sandwiches! And there are gorgeous vistas of the crystal ocean from the roomy upper decks (East and West units). The slightly more petite lower unit on the East side, which we affectionately call "The Bungalow," offers ocean peeks, a shady patio and NO STAIRS to contend with!

All rooms - living areas AND bedrooms - in Summer Breeze have a view toward the ocean, and the decks will provide plenty of relaxation as the sun goes down! Kitchens are entirely supplied with all of the essential items (pots, pans, dishes, silverware, flatware, serving dishes, appliances) you'll need to whip up a great meal! Summer Breeze also offers high-speed Spectrum internet and TV (1 huge intelligent TV per unit).

A max. of 2 cars per units is allowed, so Summer Breeze West will have parking for 2 cars total, no exceptions.

Summer Breeze can be rented in numerous different configurations, and will suit the needs of most family groups. We invite you to discover each option and choose the unit that best accommodates your family!

Summer Breeze East (2830223) is an upper-level unit offering 3 BR / 2 BA, sleeping 7 people.
Summer Breeze West (2756822) is an upper-level unit offering 3 BR / 2 BA, sleeping 7 people.
The Bungalow at Summer Breeze (2821655) is a slightly more petite option with 3 BR / 2 BA, sleeping 6 people. This is a ground-level property with no steps to climb.
Summer Breeze East & The Bungalow (2756755) is a combination of the upper East unit plus the ground-level Bungalow. This offers a total of 6 BR / 4 BA (sleeping 13), and is a great option for bigger families traveling with elderly parents.
Summer Breeze, whole home (2535770) includes all three units, East, West and The Bungalow. This option offers a total of 9 BR / 6 BA, sleeping 20 people.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is next to a golf course and on the waterfront. Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Croatan National Forest reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Flatwaters Paddling and Emerald Isle Adventures. The Sweet Spot and Emerald Forest Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is the most expensive season in coastal NC. To book the largest rental home within budget, we recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers often offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses.
