The Space:
At Fairfield Harbour step into your new home away from home. You'll appreciate your 2 bedroom/2 bath lockoff condo that is 1367-1389 sq ft! The master bedroom has a king bed, an attached en suite and jetted tub. The second bedroom has a king bed. There are two living rooms with queen couch beds. This condo can accommodate up to 8 guests!  A full kitchen and a dinning room, accepts you the option to prepare your own meals and appreciate the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit. With all the necessary amenities, and so much fun to have at the resort, you're sure to make many incredible memories!

When to book & When to go:

• Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To book the largest vacation home for your budget, we recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Morehead City attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
• Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Some owners offer special rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.
