The Space:
At Fairfield Harbour step into your new home away from home. You'll appreciate your 2 bedroom/2 bath deluxe condo that is 1417-1458 sq ft! The master bedroom has a queen bed, an attached en suite and jetted tub. The second bedroom has two queen beds and access to a bathroom. In the living room there is a queen couch sleeper, and access to the balcony/patio where you can appreciate the sights with your guests. This condo can accommodate up to 8 guests!  A full kitchen and a dinning room, accepts you the option to prepare your own meals and savor the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit. With all the necessary amenities, and so much fun to have at the resort, you're sure to make many marvelous memories!

• Summer months are the most expensive season in New Bern. To get the best value, consider shifting your family's Morehead City vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer excellent temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Reserving your vacation home six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.

• Property managers usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance.
