Quiet neighborhood, 1 block from the beach.
The ground level has a enormous rec room with sitting area and separate entertainment space with a foosball table. Also on this level is a full bathroom with walk in shower. There is also a futon that opens into a full size bed for additional sleeping.

The second level has a sizable den, dining area and entirely outfitted kitchen. There are two decks on this level: one off the kitchen with a grille and the other deck is oceanside. Two bedrooms are located off of the living room. A Queen Bedroom opens up to a huge oceanside deck. The second bedroom has two twin beds. This level shares a full bathroom.

The top level has three Queen bedrooms, two of which have oceanside walk-out decks. Step out on the deck with a nice cup of coffee from our upstairs Keurig machine without having to go downstairs (bring your own coffee - we don't supply due to guests having their own preferences to coffee or tea flavors/brands)!

We provide 10 beach chairs, 6 body boards, 1 beach umbrella with a sand anchor.
We also provide beach sand toys and a few beach games and a splash pool for infants.

On your way back from the beach, you can rinse off the sand in our outside enclosed shower on the ground level and store your beach items in the storage unit.



About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is near the beach. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Isle Adventures are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market. MacDaddy's Entertainment Center and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
