Tips for getting the best rental home experience:

When to visit Atlantic Beach & When to reserve a Atlantic Beach rental home:

  • The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Booking your vacation home up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
  • To find the best value, consider changing your group's vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer temperatures, , and reduced traffic.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites typically offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.
  • Look for your local Morehead City visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitors guides contain offers and deals for local tours, shops, and attractions.

Planning, picking, and booking your prefect Morehead City vacation home:

  • Begin by selecting your vacation dates and a spending budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. 1 bedroom condo at Beach Resort has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
  • Specific details about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is generally accessible online. If you don't see them listed, contact the property manager before reserving the rental. Note that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
  • If your group is vacationing with pets, search for a pet-friendly vacation rental. Ask for specifics on breed, size, and type requirements. Be aware that some hosts charge additional pet fees.
  • If there's an individual Morehead City destination you are enamored with, search for homes that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
  • Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking

Tips for your stay:

  • Put the owner's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Property managers are available to help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Lock your vacation home while you're out and about. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • Upon check-in, document any damages to the property and immediately alert the property manager. Record all coorespondence.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are a terrific source for finding the best local restaurants, beaches, and hangouts.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Just before checking out, complete a walk-through to confirm you didn't forget anything. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on good feedback to compel future bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
