This "just modernized" villa is professionally designed and styled around an open plan concept for a group of friends or family to savor with it's sizable entertaining space. The home offers main level living, a double garage, a screened porch and outdoor area to spread out or soak in the warm temps. It's modern touches and technology are installed for guests to seamlessly adjust to vacation mode. Ideally located to downtown Beaufort, activities, eateries, the water and the community amenities!

Beaufort is home to this vacation home. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Beaufort Historic Site and Core Creek Bridge. Mount Maker Charters and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores are also worth visiting.
