This could be your best choice if beach strolls, surf fishing, photography, surfing or beachcombing for shells are among your favorite things! Only mins. from shopping and eateries, but you still get the feeling you are away from it all! Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goals, picnic area and courtyard grilles. Wooden walkways for simple beach access. Elevators (8 stair steps up to reach elevators) and coin-operated washer/dryers in A Building.

A-208 is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Oceanfront Condo. Living Area has a wall mounted 60" Flat Screen. Covered deck with table & chairs is just off the Living Area. Dining Area. Kitchen/bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with a wall mounted 40" Flat Screen TV, a Full Bath and a covered deck. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed.
