Cassimir East is an gorgeous oceanfront duplex with expansive vistas located in Emerald Isle, the southern Outer Banks, in North Carolina. Renovations in 2019 include new deck, new roof, new windows/doors, new floor/carpet, modernized kitchen and more. Photos are refreshed as of December 2019.

Three bedrooms and a private, converted den (technically cannot be a bedroom without a closet), makes four private sleeping rooms with three full baths. Enter on the main floor to an open floor plan featuring the kitchen, living room, dining area, in addition to the private converted den with a queen bed, as well as a full bath featuring a shower/tub combo.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and two full baths. The master features a queen bed, private balcony and a master bath including a hottub tub and shower. The full hall bath includes a shower. A california king is in the second guest bedroom, with the third bedroom including a double (full) and a twin bed and a queen air bed is available as well as a private balcony.

Downstairs (street level) is the converted garage with a TV, games, gas grille, and more - a ideal hangout for the teens and tweens.

With ocean vistas from nearly every room, the location is unbeatable. Both sunrises and sunsets over the water can be adored from the deck or private balcony off of the master.

It’s also very common to see dolphins cruising the shoreline. Infant sea turtles hatching and even whales have been spotted directly in front of our home as well.

Our vacation home is ideal for any type of get-away.

Aside from the private walkway to the beach, Cassimir East is entirely equipped with beach toys, a private neighborhood pool and play structure for young ones (just a 2 min. walk away), and sleeping areas ranging from a twin to a king-size bed. Our home is located in the exclusive Spinnaker's Reach neighborhood, safely away from any busy road.

Savor the finished garage equipped with a TV, dining area, puzzles, games and more! This area even includes a full-size refrigerator for additional food and drink storage, great for grilling out.
