You'll appreciate the comfort and convenience of Leg-a-Sea!

From the expansive vistas on the balcony, to being steps away from the ocean and outdoor pool…….relaxation overtakes you.

The remodeled galley kitchen has more storage and counter space ( including an additional insert). New granite tops throughout make clean-ups simple. Apartment sized stackable washer and dryer are very convenient.

This 654 sq. ft. unit has a king sized bed in the master and a 3/4 on suite with a great shower.

Linens, 4 sets of towels, 4 beach towels, 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach cart means packing less from home.

On the property a 150-foot waterslide spills into their Oceanfront outdoor pool and is so much fun! Swim year round in their indoor swimming pool and take advantage of the calming whirlpool at the end of a long day. Additionally, the property boosts tennis and basketball courts, a enormous interior courtyard with kids playground, gas and charcoal grilles beside indoor pool, Shuffleboard and a 9-hole putt putt golf course. Appreciate the freshly constructed boardwalk getting you down to Toes in the Sand!

Tips to get the optimal Morehead City rental home experience:

When to reserve a Morehead City rental & When to go:

  • The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Morehead City area. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Booking websites typically offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.
  • Look for your local visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitor guide magazines contain discounts for local accommodations, tours and attractions.

Selecting the perfect rental in Atlantic Beach:

  • Choose a designated group leader, choose your trip dates, and choose a spending budget.
  • Note the number beds and the configuration you need. New listing! Top Floor, Oceanfront corner unit. Partial week Aug. 19-24,25 has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
  • Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is regularly accessible on booking pages. Otherwise, call the property owner before reserving the property. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to determine what configuration is right for your group.
  • Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Extra fees or costs applied to your invoice.
  • Looking for particular amenities? Most websites include search filters for amenities.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are included before booking.

Additional considerations:

  • Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Save the instructions to your smartphone, and take a printed backup.
  • Hosts are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
  • Ensure you protect the owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are away, just like you would back home.
  • To make certain damages are not linked to your family's stay, note any problem areas when you arrive. Contact the host right away to document any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be very helpful.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud vacationers disrupting your peace. Employ the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and places you would have never otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to inspire new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
