Watch the sunrise over the water, marsh, and Beaufort Waterfront from your balcony while appreciating a morning coffee. Unwind and watch for dolphins as they commonly swim in the waterway. A private gate for Radio Island beach access is only steps away; choose the pool or hottub to take in the day. Our boater's heaven is the closest to the Beaufort inlet for fishing, sailing, and all water activities. When ready to dine or shop we are ideally located between the Beaufort and Morehead City waterfronts. Work out in our exercise center, and fish off the dock the choices are countless as we invite you to breathe in the salt air and savor your stay.

This 3 Bedroom and 2 Bath condo is in the gated community of Olde Towne Yacht Club and Marina on the 4th Floor and is located on Radio Island. The condo features; water vistas from the master bedroom, living room/dining areas, and a sizable deck the width of the condo. We provide bed linens for each bed and towels, along with paper products for the bathrooms and kitchen. Other useful items; are travel-size toiletries, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, and pods for the washer and dishwasher. A completely supplied kitchen for cooking/baking, wine refrigerator, drip coffee maker with coffee, toaster oven, and washer/dryer. Master bedroom with a king-size bed and private bath, 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and direct access to shared bath, 3rd bedroom with 2 bunkbeds and use of the shared bath.

There are Security Cameras on the balcony facing the docks to monitor the weather, They are turned off and taped over during guest stays. Additional Security Cameras outside and inside common areas. Cameras are operated and controlled by HOA/DOA/Management Company.

We do not allow family pets or dogs, the HOA does not allow pets or dogs for short-term renters and will fine violators.

Located in Beaufort, this condo is on the waterfront. Town Creek Marina and Morehead City Yacht Basin are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit North Carolina Maritime Museum and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores.
