DESCRIPTION:
Forget Me Not is a striking 3 bedroom bungalow with 2 living room areas, a enormous lawn, golf cart, and painless beach access. This home is near a delightful estuary that many folks have appreciated over the years as it is loaded with local wildlife.
As you enter the front door of this bungalow you will savor the open yet private floorplan. The living and dining room are just off the kitchen. The bespoke designed space offers an simple space for meal preparation while staying a part of the conversation. Moving from the dining area to spending an evening playing games on the screened in porch is something that cannot be missed. If staying indoors is of interest you have two options on the main level to appreciate your favorite streaming shows. Either the den just off the kitchen or in the bigger living room. The primary suite offering a King bed and private bath conveniently accessible from the living room.
Healing up the stairs to the additional two guest rooms. One guest room offers a Queen bed while the other offers 2 Queen beds. The hall bath is conveniently located between the two. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all bed linens are laundered between guests.
Forget me Not is located in the Spinnaker’s Reach community. The beach access and community pool are located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. This is about a 10 min. walk to the beach or an even faster golf cart ride.
