Ready to hit the beach? You can follow the walkway to the striking, white sand of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells.


This condo is located on the first floor with a courtyard view, offering all the conveniences of home! With plenty of seating in the living room for the whole family, you can appreciate your favorite shows on the huge flatscreen cable TV or watch DVDs with ease. Step outside, have a seat on the balcony, and relax in the fresh ocean air. You'll also find a completely equipped kitchen with all the necessary major and modest appliances (including a stacked washer/dryer in the closet), a dining table for four, and additional seating at the counter.

• In the Morehead City area, The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation home six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
• Booking in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Hosts sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
• Find a copy of your local Morehead City visitors guide magazine upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the rental one final time and look for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on great reviews to compel future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
