This oceanfront condo offers a really splendid setting for your Atlantic Beach vacation, with handsome vistas of the ocean and the manicured grounds of Sands Villa Resort.


This condo has been remodeled from top to bottom, with new cabinetry and granite surfaces throughout. Savor new appliances, new fixtures, new tile, and LVS floor with new shutters and vertical blind window treatments. There are four HDTVs (including a 50-inch Intelligent TV in the living room), DVD players in every bedroom, an upgraded cable package, and complimentary WiFi as well.


On the grounds of the resort, you'll find amenities and conveniences that include indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an exercise room, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, a courtyard with grilles, and elevators for painless access.

  • Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring is a great way to save on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes.   • In the Morehead City area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
