This is a third-floor, generously decorated, one-bedroom suite located in building L overlooking the courtyard with pool and ocean vistas. The linens is a queen in the primary suite with a private bath, a double in the convertible den area, a sleeper couch in the living area, and a full bath in the hallway, along with the completely equipped galley kitchen. This suite is unique in that it has a private washer and dryer inside the unit! Other amenities in the condo are a dishwasher, two TVs, a DVD player, and complimentary WiFi. The oceanfront complex offers broad amenities including an outdoor pool with a waterslide, an indoor pool, a hot tub, an elevator, tennis and basketball courts, shared grilles, a game room, and laundry facilities on-site.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is on the beach. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Triple S Marina and Anchorage Marina. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

How to get the best value:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Booking your vacation home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers typically offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can usually help. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Double-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your group have a wonderful stay? Many rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
